Confessions of a Frigid Procrastinator

The editors of Kotaku flew into NYC from their respective continents and threw a party at Barcade last night. I'd been planning to go and meet geeks from the world over and pimp out my surprise early birthday present from Emma (business cards!). However, both the temperature and my crew dropped out and despite the absurd proximity of my apartment to Williamsburg, I didn't make the solo effort. As for the Nintendo World Store gathering this morning, I'm still trying to purge the foul memories of a worthless hours-long Wii queue there.
