- Two married couples employed by the local brewery must amend their hard-partying ways when the company leaves town and forces them into new careers.
- Three Canadian post-grads saddled with student loans discover they can still live the high life on the American dollar.
- Three Midwestern gay men and their female best friend move to the big city to start a musical theater-themed restaurant in a downtrodden neighborhood.
